Setup guide

Taking your first quote, step by step

The app walks you through the same checklist on its home screen. This is the longer version.

Install the app

Install from the Shopify App Store. You land on the Starter plan automatically — nothing to choose and no trial running in the background.

Add the quote drawer to your theme

In your theme editor, add the app’s quote block to your product template. That puts an Add to quote button beside Add to cart and enables the drawer.

Choose where quote requests land

Set the email address that should be notified when a buyer submits a request, so nothing waits unseen in the queue.

Brand your emails

Set the sender name and reply-to address on the emails buyers receive, so your quote links look like they came from you.

Create a wholesale price list

Make a list — say 20% off for a key-account tag — and tag a customer. From then on their quotes and storefront prices use it automatically. Price lists need Premium or Wholesale Pro.

Set up the B2B company portal (optional)

Add the portal button to the account page, then choose which permissions company admins get: adding locations, managing other admins, inviting buyers. Available on Premium and Wholesale Pro.

Your first quote

Open a request from the queue, set the quantities and prices, watch the margin, add payment terms and a deposit if you need them, then press Send to customer. The buyer gets a link, accepts it, and you turn it into a Shopify draft order in one click.
