An Add to quote button on the product page, the cart, or a quote drawer. Requests arrive with products, quantities, company and PO number already attached, so nothing is retyped out of an email.

They add products to a quote from the product page or cart. The drawer shows what they have gathered so far.
Your form asks for whatever you need — company, phone, PO number, a note about the job.
The request lands in the app and an email goes to your sales inbox, with every line already on the quote.
Open the quote and set your prices. From here it is a proposal, not an enquiry.
Every one of these is a setting in the app — no code, no developer.
| Setting | What it does | Sensible start |
|---|---|---|
| Request form fields | Which of name, company, phone and note appear, and which are mandatory. | Company required |
| Require login | Whether a buyer must have a customer account before requesting. | Off while testing |
| PO number | Lets buyers add their own purchase order reference to the request. | On |
| Auto-inject button | Places the quote button automatically on themes without app blocks. | Off for 2.0 themes |
| reCAPTCHA | Bot protection on public forms, with a minimum score you set. | On if login is not required |
| Consent text | A checkbox and wording recorded with each request. | On if you email buyers |
| Notification email | Where new requests are sent. | Your sales inbox |

If their customer tag matches a price list, the request arrives already at their rates. You can still change any line before sending.
